For delivery, we utilize the reliable services of Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Generally, it takes approximately 1-2 working days for orders to arrive after dispatch.
Please note that Royal Mail operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we kindly request that you report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the goods. To facilitate the process, please email us photographs of the damage, including images of the packaging, to the following address: email@example.com. Rest assured, we will prioritize resolving your concern within one business day.
Should you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days so that we may promptly investigate and address your query.
We kindly ask you to double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as we are unable to replace or refund items with incorrect information.
Once an order is placed and the item is being processed for engraving, please note that it becomes non-returnable due to the customized nature of our products, which cannot be resold.
